When ordering seed...

  • Orders are accepted by mail, e-mail and fax. Sorry, we cannot accept orders over the phone. Minimum seed order is $15. Payment or credit card information must accompany your order. We do not accept purchase orders. Prices are valid between November 1, 2007 and March 10, 2008. All prices in this catalog supercede previous catalogs and may be superceded by future catalogs. In rare cases, prices may be changed due to printing or other error.

  • Please order only from the current catalog. Seed from previous catalogs is not available. Prices, quantities and availability change year-to-year.

  • Orders are shipped from November to March. March 10th is the end of our seed selling season. Orders are queued and processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. In cases where seed is limited, we reserve the right to limit quantities of seed to be sold. We suggest ordering early to achieve the best possible success in receiving all items requested.

  • Rocky Mountain Rare Plants accepts only checks in US Dollars drawn on US banks. We can not accept checks drawn on non-US banks. Rocky Mountain Rare Plants accepts VISA and MasterCard credit cards. Credit cards are not charged, nor checks cashed, until seed ships. Refunds are made for orders paid by check when the amount owed is greater than $10USD. We ask you try not to send cash. Payment must accompany your order. Orders without payment will be returned. We can not reserve seed without payment.

  • Most orders are shipped in 10 to 20 working days after we receive your order, and slightly longer during our fall rush and the December holidays. We are closed between December 20th and January 1st. All seed is shipped via first class/air mail or Global Priority mail. Before contacting us on a possible lost shipment, please wait 4 weeks past the date your bank clears your check payment or credit card charge. While we cannot guarantee delivery, we will make every effort to reship seed from available inventories.

  • Customers located in countries where importing seed is restricted (NZ and soon to be AU) are responsible for ordering acceptable seed, or making arrangements with the proper authorities for transit of seed to their destination. Rocky Mountain Rare Plants does not know what seed is acceptable nor understand ever changing government regulations.
