Customer Satisfaction Objectives

Our number one goal is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our seed and the way we conduct business. If an item should become unavailable, we will try to substitute with items listed on the order form, or with additional seed in theme with items ordered. If this is not possible, a refund will be given if the refund amount is over $10. Sorry, we cannot reserve seed or accept backorders.

Seed loses viability with time. Some seed faster than others. All seed in this catalog was collected in 2006 and is guaranteed to be viable seed. Rocky Mountain Rare Plants starts with new seed inventories every year with exception of a few penstemons. (Some penstemon seed actually germinates better because time removes germination inhibitors.) This practice ensures you the best possible success in germination. Our goal is to provide the best possible product, but seed by its nature can be challenging to germinate. Some seed may take several years to germinate. In any case, if you are not satisfied with our seed, Rocky Mountain Rare Plants will replace the seed or refund the value of the seed packet.

Rocky Mountain Rare Plants will try to do everything it can to ensure your satisfaction and happiness in doing business with us. Many factors beyond our control which affect seed viability and germination. Rocky Mountain Rare Plants makes no expressed or implied warranty of seed. For all unresolved problems and any liability, in no case will Rocky Mountain Rare Plants be liable in amounts greater than the value of the seed ordered.
